Hasty's has a great selection of meats, cheeses and breads, served steamed with pickles and peppers. There are several meat-free sandwiches for those so inclined, as well as nearly fat-free ham and turkey. There's also the strange ambiance about the place, with glowing television sets mounted above and gabbing customers seated all around. Hasty's is the sort of place where you can eat by yourself without wondering if people are staring at you.
